Barbara has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 25 years in a variety of settings, including acute care, cardiac rehab, home care, orthopedic, dance medicine and sports medicine.
Dance, exercise and education are among her passions and she has taught ballet and theater dance for over 10 years. She is also a certified Pilates instructor.
She has spent many years of her Physical Therapy career treating elite athletes and professional dancers. Her advanced degree is a MA in Exercise Physiology, which is is the study of the function of the human body during various acute and chronic exercise conditions.
