We are offering FREE Pilates Fundamental Classes
taught by one of our Physical Therapists, Barbara Carbone PT, who is a Certified Pilates Instructor.
Each class will be limited to a maximum of 4 people and will be held at 10.40 am on Tuesdays.

Our Pilates Fundamental Class is designed for individuals wishing to embark on a Pilates program, but want to do so safely and correctly.
It is also a ideal class for those who have tried Pilates and have difficulty progressing without feeling strain or pain, or are simply not getting the results they expected.
Our class is small and personalized, with a maximum of 4 people, so you will be noticed and corrected when needed.
The class focuses on the 8 principles of Pilates:

Centering

Fluidity

Precision

Breathing
-
Stamina
and how the principles relate to the center, or powerhouse, of the body-the deep core muscles.
It is essential that the fundamentals be understood and mastered before progressing to larger classes, or more advanced exercises, in order to avoid injury and produce positive results.
